Are my speeds slow for my package? I think not.... Not getting my money worth

Hi there.

Urgent help. 

I have the plan NBN FTTN BROADBAND SL BUNDLE STANDARD

I have just done your speed test at 6pm and these are the results:

DL 4.9mbps

UL 7.4mbps

Can some one please advise me if this is acceptable and if not (surely not) what can i do to improve? I dont want to spend any more. Upload is critical for me as well as DL as i send large files. 

Today was 1.4gb at 4 hours!

Thanks for raising this to us. We'd like to confirm if the device used to run the speed test was a Wireless/Smart Phone if so, the speed issue could be caused by a Wireless Interference.
