I have problem with internet comnection (NBN HFC). After the outage, I got an email said that NBNCo advised the problem already resolved. But my Arris modem CM8200 still can not go online. Its keep blinking on Downstream light, then all four lights goes off and Downstream light blinking again and this cycle repeating again and again. Only Power light is on. I reset the Arris by pressing small hole at the back with pin but still not working? I rang TPG tech support and wait for hours, no one answer my call. So useless. Any idea what happen with the modem?
