Hi kamkam,
I am able to see that your modem got sync however there is no authentication so you need to configure your modem with TPG Username which is: chiuyat and TPG provided password.
By the way which modem are you using right now?

Hi,
As to me there is authentication issue so can follow below step.
1. Open your browser and in the address bar type http://192.168.1.1 and press Enter.
2. Enter admin for both the username and password and click Login. If you have changed the login credentials,
3. Please enter the current username and password for the modem/router interface.
4. Navigate to Basic Setup > Quick Setup.
5. Put your TPG username, in your case it is chiuyat in the PPP Username field
6. Type your TPG password in the PPP Password field

Hi Kamkam,
In your case even after trying to configure your modem as above steps than could be modem might be faulty so you need new modem.
