Asus RT-AX45HP not connecting

Hi, I have to fttc with the white NBN box. Just bought an Asus RT-AX54HP router and set it up but it won't connect to the internet. I have tried all the things from other posts but to no avail. Can anyone help?

Hi @perks007 . What is the model of your previous router?

Is it still working so that you can check its config settings?

You need PPPoE, username and password as in previous router.

Also, whether VLAN ID is enabled and the value (=2).

In Asus, go to LAN, IPTV. In Select ISP Profile, is there an option Custom? Select it and see if there are VLAN settings. You can attach a screenshot of the page.
