23-01-2023  1800+  up/down halved.  ping 200+  600+  !@#$% all over the place ...

19-01-2023 10:02 PM  UpDown stuffed.  Ping in 100+

Pre and Post maintenance.  19-1-2023 12-6am.

Plan 100NBN.  Was getting 18+ ping, 90+ down and 18+ up.

Note router is set to autoreboot 3am daily :}

Note have done the power cycle of both the modem and router a number of times :}

Unfortunately no ... when do you think he/she/it is?

And if 'he' is ... who do you think is with 'them' ?!? 

I have a feeling that this issue is caused by the xi jin-PING virus!

So if the customer logs in then why doesnt the componay that the customer belongs too have access to their own @#$% information

Are you connected via WiFi or Wired connection?

We are not able to detect any issues within the network, but we've reset the NBN connection on our end.
