Can I use BPay to pay my bill

Welcome to the community!

At the moment, we do not accept payments via BPAY. We only accept credit card and direct debit payments for the monthly automatic debit.

Have you updated yet to provide a bpay option? In these hard times, some of us are forced to use third party bill paying services that require a pdf with BPay and barcode included. I am trying to do this now otherwise my only option is to move to a company that does provide the modern day BPay option. Please let me know if this is an option now and how I can access it

We understand your concern. TPG as a prepaid company, do not accept BPay payments as of the moment. We'll surely post on our website as soon as this type of payment method is available.
