Billing Issue

On the 21st of June I changed my plan, that means my billing cycle should run from the 21st to the 21st each month.
So why have I received an email today saying a card payment has been rejected?
If my billing cycle is going to be from the 14th to 14th, am I able to make a single payment to adjust it to the 18th or 19th?
I pay my credit card on the 28th of the month, so for the last few days before that date it is at its limit and any payment will be rejected.
Either that or I changed to payment method to a debit card.

Since TPG is a prepaid service, we debit the enrolled payment details 7 days before the end of the billing cycle.


If you would like to change it, then we may need to raise this with our Accounts team for further discussion.
