Hello, can you please email me a summary for all bills/ payments to date ( since subscribing). Can you also advise what the extra 20 dollars is on my bill for this month ?

Hi @samhickson 

You can access your account statements via the online account portals.

The $20 charge is a ''phone pre-payment'' for voice usages outside of your plan. It will cover any call charges and normally automatically re-charges once that balance is under $10.

Any un-used pre-payment charges will be refunded to you when you end your service with TPG.

It is noted on in plan details.
