I'm sorry to hear that you no longer want to keep your service with us. Can you private message us the following so we can have it endorsed properly:

  • Customer ID or username of the account you wish to cancel
  • Contact email address
  • reason for cancellation

Your cancellation has been processed since 05/06/2020 and the refund for $7.81 will reflect on your credit card account within 3-5 business days.

I was not using since 04/05/2020 and diposit amount and adavance payment also need to be refunded.

May we ask if you have sent a written notice to cancel in May? If yes, can you forward the email to our Cancel Team and include the subject line header. Are you referring to the home phone prepayment outside included value? The unused portion of it has been forfeited based on what is written to our standard terms and conditions. Hence, we only refunded the unused portion from your old plan.
