1. when updating my credit card details, note previous cards details are still listed. NO, not acceptable. The account window must show the current card details ONLY thanks..
2. So my bio displays 2 credit cards and yet at the start of every month, TPG emails me that the bank does not accept the charge. Please fix and explain. If its too difficult and cannot be fixed permanently, I will finish up at the end of May.
