We have several VOIP Bizphones in our office. We have customers calling through to our mobiles advising they are getting the 'closed' voice greeting when calling during normal business hours. They can't get through to us and none of the phones are set to DND. This is very frustrating as we can't tell how many potential customers are just giving up.
Secondly we are getting random people calling us saying you called me from this number. Being our numbers. The last one says one of our numbers called and left a voicemail in Chinese.
Does anyone know about any of this? The support system has no techs that can be hired to come out and check everything. Its very ordinary.
