Blocked MyGov access

Hi,

 

I'm trying to access the MyGov website but cant get on.

 

I spoke to them and they advised some internet providers were blocking it, which is very bad!

 

I went on my phone and that worked fine.

 

Can you advise on this. Thanks.

                There is no Such issue with TPG network, kindly try another browser or another device.  possible their side is down, which happens so many times in recent days

https://ahrefs.com/ works perfectly fine, and I am working from home over TPG networks 

I checked these sides, no issue at all,

possible your device network, or firewall issue

Hi,

 

I did. No go. So tried new browser and hotspot my phone and all good.

 

MyGov said they have had calls about this. All good for now. Thanks.

Yes the site works.

 

I just chatted to them and they said there is an IP block up to 23 May.

 

No idea why.

           You IP blocked by website,? 

Restart your Modem/router  you will get new IP

Same issue with Sydney TPG NBN customer. Have to use VPN to route another way. Static IP so can't simply reboot router to get new IP. Sounds like ATO is blocking for no good reason?
