Hi,   This issue has been going on for weeks now. No NBN, no internet, no improvements.   We have had 9 NBN Technicians come out to the house. They have fully replaced everything including cabling to the house from the street, Arris box, wall socket, WAN cable, the works. Even the Technicians have said it is ridiculous that this many have come out!   The last Tech tested it all and confirmed that everything to and in our house is perfect. He said that NBN will monitor it and look to coming out as it is a street issue.   No one has contacted us, done anything about it. As of Monday this week, we have had virtually nothing all day every day. This cannot happen at this time.   Please advise on the next steps via TPG. Hi,   TPG Support is calling me but it goes to message bank and I don't get it.   I got a text saying they are monitoring it.   We had NBN come out and fully replace all cabling to our house but, it still drops out late in the day. Hi,   Today we had NBN come out, that's 6 technicians now!   He was good and fixed the issue that the previous clown did not update the Arris box, we had 2 registered. Now fixed.   The internet has been working well all day until now. Dropped off and completely off for almost an hour now and still off. I know NBN is working as I can read and understand their testing equipment so I know it's right. It's a hobby..   It would seem that TPG has issues, plenty of people are complaining here I see. This is unacceptable during this time and any time for that matter.   I need to have an answer now about the service and arranging us to cancel. If you can not provide what you say you will, under the ACCC court order of 2017/18, you must allow us to cancel without penalty or threat of a fee. Hello again,   Our internet is once again on and off all day. One minute it's great, then it's dead again. I spoke to someone yesterday about this, they marked my question as solved, it is not one bit.   The Arris NBN box keeps restarting on its own too. I bought a new modem and that tells me it can't see any connection. When I use the current TP Link modem from TPG it seems to show up, if it's on.   I spoke to another ISP today. They looked and said there is two (2) boxes they can connect to if we moved to them. So clearly the MAC ID has not been updated and the old box cancelled out.   I need you to re look at this now.
