Get online support

NBN is offline. Can we confirm, have nothing.

Hi,

 

Our NBN just went completely offline. Checked NBN Co site they say nothing as usual.

 

Can you please check and let me know. It's been perfect for weeks before.

Hi,

 

It's now back online this morning and working. Obviously an outage that was not communicated by NBN.

 

Thanks anyway. I will keep an eye on it.
