Over the last week or so the internet connection drops out. The admin interface still shows an active connection but access is still not available. Sometimes a PPPoE restart will solve the problem otherwise it requires a full reboot.
Connected through TPG/NBN but neigbour has same provider (but different modem) and has not experienced any issues.
Does the router need a firmware upgrade?

We can confirm that there's no issues within the NBN network based on the line test that we've performed.
