Why, if I have entered an email address into the blocked email addresses field of the Mail Filter Settings of my TPG post office page, emails from this address are still getting through to my Outlook?

If the blocked email addresses don't appear in your TPG post office page, then it means that the filter has been applied.
Have you tried restarting your device?
You may try to delete or remove your TPG email on your Outlook, then reconfigure or set it up again.
Are you using a computer or a tablet/phone?
