Get online support
I have just started working from home and I need to use a softphone. TPG is blocking it but whenever I call TPG to ask them to look in to they say they don't know what I'm talking about and they can't help me. I have been informed that because the question isn't on their usual troubleshooting list, they won't help me. I really need to work! Has anyone else had this issue and had success with getting this understand through to TPG?

What softphone are you using? Let us help check this and understand the situation. Could you shoot us a PM with your details together with brief summary of the issues affecting the softphones.
