Hi,
TPG username is THTAN7.
I'm on FTTC NBN 100/40 plan for almost a year. I have the standard NCD and use the supplied TPG Archer modem.
So far pretty happy with everything overall. Speeds are generally pretty good.
Since beginning working from home this week, I have needed to setup a hardware VPN (Cisco Meraki box), and have noticed that every so often the network will drop out briefly, for 5-30 seconds. This is enough to make my VPN lose its connection and affects my work significantly. Hard to predict when it will happen, but it will almost always come back by itself very quickly.
I wonder if someone could have a look at my connection and see if there are any stability issues they can identify or make any changes to help improve the stability? Any help would be much appreciated,
