Broadban Speed Constant going to low?

Hello, 

I am new here and I am very happy with this broadband but I just want to know the signal indicator of the modem keeps switching between 2 yellow lights and 2 green lights. Internet speed is very fast when 2 green lights are on, and very slow when switching to 2 yellow lights. Can you please keep the lights on green for me? Khol's Survey
