Broadband not working all day

I have restarted the modem and checked there is no scheduled service. I can find no solution. Please Help!

There was a number of scheduled maintenance issues today from early until this afternoon. It should have been back on by 3pm but I’m still waiting as well. Not good when trying to work from home like thousands of others

And still not working this morning.
Do TPG staff even look at these messages?! Seems to be just us disgruntled customers.
I can't find another way to report a fault though. Super frustrating.

I totally agree. We are just thrown into the darkness while they continue to take our money! It’s an absolute scam!

Hi, 

 

I got the same issue as yours, I have no internet for the past 24 hours, both DSL and Internet lights on the modem are off. 

 

Where is your location? my location is Dundas Valley NSW 2117.
