I am on the NBN Broadband Unlimited Superfast. Usual download speeds were c. 9-10 mbs (on a bad day). I advsied yesterday that i needed to cancel my service in 2 weeks time due to moving. Instantly my download speed dropped to 0-3mbs. I am still paying up to that future date so i dont understand how you do this to your customers.

Let us help check what causing speed issues with the service. Could you shoot us a PM with your details so we can proceed with the initial investigation and fix this.
