Frequent drop outs and degradation

We've always had well performing NBN broadband but since there was a complete dropout for a few hours a couple of days ago we've had poor perfomance and dropouts ever since.

- Restarted NBN and modem and all computers

- DSL light has never come back on the modem since even though internet access came back.

- Issues experienced with both wired and wifi connections

- Speed received is about a third of what we normally get with frequent dropout of our devices.

-No service issues noted on NBNco service status

Am I able to PM someone my account details so the logs can be checked?

Let us help check what causing these dropouts, speed degradation and fix this right away. Could you shoot us a PM with your details to proceed with the initial assessment.
