I have called the 1300 number several times and never get to talk to anyone, just wait forever.

 

I have already emailed you asking TPG to cancel my account. 

 

All my attempots seem to be ignored.

 

Please cancel my account IMMEDIATELY!!!

We regret to hear that you've decided to terminate your service with us.

 

We were able to locate your account using your community details and we failed to find the emails that you've sent with the request to terminate the account.

 

We'd like to arrange a call from our Accounts team to make sure that the request is coming from the owner of the account and to discuss the process further.

 

Please send me a PM with your preferred time and best number to be contacted.

Hi @4913062, thanks for the details you have sent via PM. Unfortunately, we are unable to call a Singapore number.

 

You mentioned that you've sent an email, but we have not received it. When did you send it? May we know what email address did you use?

The email was sent on 6 November 2019.

 

The email used was xxxxxxx

 

If this is not correct, please provide the correct email address.

 

I need a resolution asap. It is ridiculous that you cannot call an overseas number, this only confirms that you make it very difficult for users to terminate their accounts.

We'd like to make sure that we are currently looking at the right account. Can you PM us your TPG customer ID, username and the email address you've used in sending the email, @4913062?

Once again, teh email was sent on 11 November 2019.

 

I sent it to XXXXXXXXX@tpg.com.au. I also lodged an online form requesting the cancellation.

 

Nothing has ever happened and I have been charged an extra month since. This is disgraceful.

 

My email is XXXXXXX@gmail.com.

 

Get this fixed ASAP and STOP CHARGING ME!!!!
