Can TPG check my service please?

I have no service this morning. No NBN outages apparently. I have restarted both my router and HFC NBN modem. Very unusual.
Cheltenham VIC.

Hi BasilDV,

 

I ended up calling your support and they have diagnosed an fault with the connection.

It has been escalated to the engineers.
