Get online support
There has been a network change probably in the last week that stops ping and tracert to tpg.com.au.
Ping times out and tracert gets lost.
These commands are useful for testing connection and response times.
TPG DNS and Google DNS both show these addresses for tpg.com.au:
3.104.10.251 and 3.24.17.82.
Ping to each one times out.
Ping 203.26.27.38 still works and shows it as tpg.com.au.

Thanks for the update @BasilDV . This is taking a long time to fix a simple problem.
The mail server mail.tpg.com.au (27.32.32.11) is in the same boat; can't ping or tracert.
Its like ICMP traffic is being blocked or mis-directed to a dead-end.
Tpg.com.au is still accessible via browser, and mail server is still accessible from my mail client.

@BasilDV . Nothing has changed from the start of this thread. Ping and tracert not working.
Also can't ping or tracert to 203.26.27.38.
Who is telling you it has been fixed and where is the proof?
