Can’t connect to the internet

Hi,
We have no any network since Yesterday. Tried to call for support but waited for an hour has no one pick up the phone. Please assist.

For customers experiencing any issues with their NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.

In your case, there's a possible fault within the NBN network which needs to be investigated by our Engineering team in order to decide if a TPG or an NBN technician is required to fix the issue.
