Cancel 5G Home Broadband

Hello,

 

I would like to cancel my 5G home broadband but there is no such option available in my account.

 

Please advise how to cancel this service and return the modem.

You would normally receive the service termination confirmation email once it's lodged at the end of the current billing cycle.

Hi Aubrey,

I spoke to the support team on the phone and requested the 5G home broadband service cancellation. I was told that the service would be cancelled at the end of the current billing period. However, I did not receive any email confirmation that my service cancellation request was processed.

Where in my account details can I see that the service cancellation request has been received and is being processed?
