We have moved to a different provided and would like to cancel our ADSL account we are a business so dont want to sit on hold or take up alot of time can you please advise what needs to be done so I can get the process underway.

I'm sorry to learn that you're discontinuing your service with us. I can have our Escalations Team contact you regarding your request. Can you send us a PM providing the customer ID or username of the account you wish to cancel, your best contact number and preferred time for a call back?
