I’ve already asked over the phone and online for my ADSL internet service to be cancelled but I’d like to do it through sending a cancelation email to you too so there are no surprises and I can rest assure that my account is indeed going to be cancelled starting from 18.02.2019. Please sent me the email address to which I can send the email.
