How do I know if my installation was complete?

I am supposed to get my Home Phone and ADSL2+ internet installed today. I was told to keep my modem switched on and connected to the socket, which I did this morning. I was told that the connection would take place between 8 AM - 12 PM. I am at work now and I have no idea if my interenet was actually installed. The TPG installation checker is of no help. Is there anyway to find out if the install was completed other than going home and checking it myself?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and checked it.


Normally, there would be a system generated email that will notify you once the account is already installed. However, it seems that the system was not able to notify you that the installation was already done yesterday. We'll raise this with our Service delivery team.


We can see that the modem sync speed is good as well with a 13.8 Mbps Downstream and 1.02 Mbps Upstream.

Thanks. I verified that it was installed successfully once I reached home.
