Hi TPG, please cancel my NBN Service as I am not happy with the price increase.

It is important to note these changes only apply to a selection of our NBN plans. Pricing for our fast, no-fuss 4G and 5G fixed-wireless services continue to be as competitive as ever and available at a much lower cost than similar speed NBN plans.

The problem is, I have used TPG only for 2 months! Now you increased the pricing, that's really uncomfortable. Sent you a PM. Please attend to my request.

I want to make it clear again:
One of the staff asked me to PM, provide my details, account, phone number and preferred timing for a call from customer service.
And what happened next was I only received a text message saying I will have to pay more starting from day 19 Sep.
Such a failed customer service. Total lack of respect. This wont be the only platform that I will complain about TPG.
Only with TPG for 3 months short and this is a very bad experience.
