Cancel my internet

I’ve already phoned up TPG, after constantly making it very clear I wanted to cancel my internet plan. I was eventually told on the phone that I would have to email in and cancel, after doing so, days later still trying to charge my account. This is completely unacceptable I’ve made it very clear I want to cancel and have no further charges.
