Cancel my service

Hi there:
 
Last month 2-Jan-2019 i have submitted a cancerllation request for my home phone bundle service, after doing that, i haven't answerd any phone call within two days(after two days i muted any strange calls).However, i found  my credit card is still automatically debited, last payment was made on 6-feb-2019.
 
Just want to know whether my account was cancelled successfully or not, if yes, plesase let me know , if not, cancer it as soon as possible and still let me know the result.
