I need to cancel my account, however after numerous attempts I have not been able to speak to anyone. I have been advised I would be connected to the right person through online chat but this has failed to happen so far, as after numerous attempts no one ever replies.
I understand this would be an extremely busy time, however we would appreciate some sort of reponse as so far we are getting no where.
TPG is making a difficult time harder by only providing online chat and then ignoring the person whilst on the chat, along with no phones manned so our ability to contact you is near impossible.
I look forward to a response ASAP.
