Canceled my service, where do I send our router?

Hi, 

We recently submitted a service cancellation request becasue we are moving overseas this weekend. We have yet to receave any email confirmation or corespondence. Where should we ship our router to? We only have a few days to ship it before we aren't in Australia anymore.

Hi @tayandleigh1014 . The NBN box, if there is one, is the property of NBNCo and stays with the house. The wifi router is yours (it might be usable overseas). Unless you are on Home Wireless Broadband cause I think TPG want those ones back.
