Hi, I want to cancel the my TPG NBN services.
I moved home and requested NBN on new adress. It has been more than a week since I received the confirmation that it will be up and running in 2 business days. they have deducted all the fees but unable to provide me service. I have contacted support via chat 5 times waited for hours and no one could even give an answer why it is not working. I have decided to cancel the services with TPG and move to another provider.
