Good afternoon TPG team,

 


Reason For Cancellation: I have left Australia for more than one month now and will be abroad until 2022. So this account is no longer required.
Date Of Cancellation: Please cancel my service ASAP, thank you!

 

I confirm that I am aware of the applicable cancellation charges.
