Moderators please contact me regarding cancellation of my service.
I have taken the following steps over the past 3 weeks.
- Contacted support via chat 3 times
- First time I was told I would be transferred to an "account manager" but the chat was closed by the operator 30 mins later with no further contact.
- The second and third times the chat was closed by the operator 40 - 50 minutes after opening with no message received.
- Emailed customer support with clear instructions to cancel my service, with all relevant account information attached and a PDF transcript of my chat attempts. I have received no reply.
I need someone to contact me immediately regarding account cancellation.
