There is no information about the service cancellation on our website as it can only be done over the phone with our Account Specialists Team.

Why don't you post the information here so people can actually find the answers they are looking for without having to make a post?
There is no cancellation information anywhere on your website and every thread that is created has the same "I've PM'd you" response.
