How do I cancel my internet service?

For anyone wondering - this was the actual result (that could easily be listed on there website FAQ):

Welcome to TPG Community and we're sorry to learn that you are cancelling your service with us. You may send a formal written request to cancel@tpg.com.au and ensure to include the following:



Username or Customer ID Number:
Service Phone Number:
Service Address:
Full Name:
Reason of cancellation:
Date of Cancellation:
Agreement to 30 days notice (Yes or No):

Why don't you post the information here so people can actually find the answers they are looking for without having to make a post?

There is no cancellation information anywhere on your website and every thread that is created has the same "I've PM'd you" response.

There is no information about the service cancellation on our website as it can only be done over the phone with our Account Specialists Team. 

 

Send us your account details together with your best contact number and preferred time so we can have them reach you to discuss the procedure.
