Cancellation

I asked to cancel my account and I gave them my custmer ID and username and address but they asked for my date of birth. I prvided that as well but apparently they have the wrong darte of birth for me in the system and there is no way to see the date of birth in my accunt. 

Then they asked me to take a picture of myself holding my ID otherwise they won't cancel my service.

Are they comletely retarded? How come I can't see and update my own DOB yet they ask for it.

This is insane
