Cancellation

To whom may it concern,

 
A month ago I requested the cancellation of my internet through the TPG contact number and I was told it was going to be cancelled by that time and the last day of usage should be 05/01/2024 as I had paid a month ahead! However, the fee was deducted from my bank account 11 days ago and the internet is still running! I want my money back  from the fee I payed even I asked to cancell it and my internet cancelled! If you can listen to the record when I request the cancelation one month ago with a worker from TPG and solve it please!
