Cancellation

My name is Bruna Andrade Mattos and I would like to cancel my plan.

On 26/03/20 I sent an email that I request to cancel my plan and nobody reply. Today I also talked in the chat with the agent but when I ask about the cancellation they have gone.

 

On 10 of March, we came to Brazil, our home country for holidays and we were supposed to be back in Sydney on 15 of April......Due to the Coronavirus restrictions, our flight was canceled from the airline company and we are not allowed to fly back to Australia. We don`t know when we can come back to our house. Because of that, I am trying to cancel all my bills.

 

So I would like someone to help me because my situation is hard. I don`t have a job even I can`t go back to my home. Otherwise, I don`t know if I can honor my commitments.

I have a similar situation. I want to cancel my service, and the chat staff said an account specialist will message me soon... and I waited for like a hour.... no response....
