Can i cancel NBN services as it has not been installing yet and returning all the equipment sent to me or not. Got email stated that :
Installation date: 01-06-2020
Installation time frame: Between 13:00 and 17:00
NBN Technology: NBN Fibre To The Curb (FTTC)
Have to take a day off for this and no one showed up and not a call to say anything about not show up either. Have to go to the chatting service to find out then been told next time thing will happening again like today if there are any problems relating etc,,,,

I have checked your NBN-FTTC install progress and yes, NBN asked to reschedule due to adverse weather conditions.
I have passed this on to our NBN teams and someone will call you back ASAP within 24hrs to help progress the install.
If your not using adsl currently, you can set up all the equipment ready for the NBN. Sometimes, things are done remotely and the service will just start working once NBN do their thing.
Pay attention to the 4x blue lights on the NCD once completed.
