I have similar experience, jut got cancelation for final installation tomorrow with later date to be confirmed.  I already have to change the family holiday plan to suit for the installation date and now it up in the air. Given the utility box has been installed and got good signal according to the contractor, TPG still say there is something more to be done and does not say what it is. Can i cancel NBN services as it has not been installing yet and returning all the equipment sent to me or not. Got email stated that :   Installation date: 01-06-2020 Installation time frame: Between 13:00 and 17:00 NBN Technology: NBN Fibre To The Curb (FTTC)   Have to take a day off for this and no one showed up and not a call to say anything about not show up either.
