Cancelling NBN Plan

Hi, I would wish to cancel my current NBN Plan by the end of the cycle. However I keep on receiving email bounces when I feel in the form in MyAccount and to no avail by phone. Is there any other way to do so?

Did you tick all the boxes on the terms before submitting the cancellation request?

Yes I did, I dont know if it is my email or not. I have attached the bounce email for reference.
