Hi, my internet speed is slower than expected and have continuous drop out. Have recently set up the line and wondering if set up fee can be return upon can cancellation. Not happy with TPG.

I can see that one of our Account Specialists tried to call you yesterday unfortunately no avail. We have also seen that you contacted our Technical Support Team.
The connection issue has been raised to our Engineering Team for further test and investigation as we have detected a possible line fault causing the service to run slow.
