Cannot Upgrade NBN HFC Plan

Hello,

I tried to upgrade my NBN plan from NBN12 standard to NBN50 Standard Plus but it won't let me do it.

I keep getting this error at the final step:

< E:adsl_comm:thread_exists >

It would be awesome if someone could explain or help me with this.
