Cannot connect to 3rd party mail server

Had a service interruption last week and since service has been restored i can no longer ping our 3rd party mail server, however internet browsing working. No access via webmail or outlook. Mail server works fine via other ISP providers and on the same system via phone hotspot. Some sort of network access denial by TPG?
