Cannot get in touch with Change Of Plan team

Good morning,

 

I have been trying (to no avail) to contact the Change of Plan team via phone for two weeks now, and have been told that all operators are busy every call. Is there a way I can organise for the Change of Plan team to call me to help me upgrade to the NBN service?
